What skin concerns is the System best for?
Artistry Labs™ Retexturizing System addresses mature, ageing skin with visible pores. It helps with skin that looks dull, rough and dehydrated, with fine lines and uneven texture. Note: This system is not for sensitive skin types.
Can I use the System or any of its products for longer than four weeks?
The Retexturizing System was designed to be used in a specific manner for 4 weeks. The quantity of product in each package was decided with this timeframe in mind. However, if after 4 weeks, you have leftover serum, use it every day until finished. If there is leftover peel, please leave one day between applications.
Can I use the three Artistry Labs products in this bundle separately?
To achieve the full power and effectiveness of the Retexturizing System in just 4 weeks, the Artistry Labs products should be used together. When you invest in your skin and its appearance, you should follow all steps to ensure you achieve maximum benefit.
Are there any Artistry™ products or ingredients I should avoid while using the System?
The Artistry Labs Retexturizing Peel is an intensive exfoliator, and so it is not advisable to use any other exfoliating products at the same time, such as Artistry Studio™ Cleanser + Exfoliator, Artistry Signature Select™ Brightening Mask, Artistry Signature Select Polishing Scrub, Artistry Studio™ Anti-Blemish Treatment + Clearing Gel, Artistry Studio Anti-Blemish Toner + Pore Refresher, or Artistry Skin Nutrition Vitamin C+ HA3 Daily Serum.
Can we go back to using the other exfoliating products immediately after the 28-day period. Or should we give a gap in the middle of a few days?
It is recommended to wait at least 48 hours after using the Artistry Labs Retexturizing System and starting to use other exfoliating products. However, every person is unique, and it is important to pay attention to your skin. If you find your skin is more sensitive, you may want to wait longer.
If I experience any skin reaction or sensitivity after application, what should I do?
These products have been rigorously tested and slight redness after using the Artistry Labs Retexturizing Peel and Artistry Labs Aquabrasion Device may occur. However, every person’s skin is different. The products should not be used on damaged or broken skin. If you or a customer experience a skin reaction, rinse off the product and discontinue use. If a rash occurs, consult your doctor.
Can I use the product if I have sunburn or after a strong cosmetic treatment?
No. We recommend waiting at least one week after a sunburn or strong cosmetic procedure before you begin to use the Artistry Labs™ Retexturizing System.
What should I do If I experience any skin reaction or sensitivity after use?
These products have been rigorously tested. However, every person’s skin is different. If you experience a skin reaction, remove any Serum or Peel from your skin and discontinue use of the System. Consult your doctor if a rash occurs. Do not use any of the Artistry Labs Retexturizing System products on damaged or broken skin.
Can Artistry Labs Retexturizing System be used during pregnancy?
Safety studies of cosmetics are not conducted on pregnant women. Since skin conditions change during pregnancy, a decision on whether to use any Artistry Labs Retexturizing System products should be taken in consultation with a physician.
Are there any Artistry™ products that pair well with this System?
Yes, absolutely. A beneficial skincare routine involves a cleanser, toner, SPF, and moisturiser – all of which you can find within the Artistry™ portfolio. Our experts recommend the Artistry Skin Nutrition™ Renewing line to complement the Artistry Labs Retexturizing System.
Note: When adding a product to your skincare routine, it is always a good practice to only introduce one new product at a time and to wait at least one week before introducing any other new products. Since our formulas are powerful, we recommend that you personalise your skin care routine based on your own perceived skin sensitivity.
How soon will I notice results?
You will notice some results on day one. Skin feels cleaner, looks smoother and brighter after just first use, and then experience full benefits after completing the program.
Is it permissible to exceed the Max line and fill the water tank beyond its capacity when using the Artistry Labs Aquabrasion Device in suction mode?
As per the provided use instructions, it is strongly advised to refrain from filling the water tank above the Max line. In the event that the water tank is filled above the Max line and subsequently attached to the device, there is a potential for water to spray out from the nozzle during the sealing process.
Do I need to use distilled water with the Aquabrasion Device?
For the best performance of the device functionality, soft, purified or bottled water are recommended.
How should I clean the Aquabrasion Device?
Please refer to the Artistry Labs Aquabrasion Device User Manual for detailed cleaning instructions. If you are still seeing leftover residue on the waste tank, use an alcohol-based wipe or swab.
Can men use Artistry Labs™ Retexturizing System?
The safety and efficacy of the Artistry Labs Retexturizing System has not been evaluated in men. As a result, men should be advised to use the system at their own discretion.
Shaving is a form of exfoliation in and of itself. Therefore, men must be careful when combining shaving with the exfoliation provided by the Retexturizing System. Men need to give their face adequate rest time before and after shaving before exfoliating with the Artistry Labs Retexturizing System.
Since freshly shaved skin may be sensitive (or possibly even cut) in certain places,
it is recommended not to shave and exfoliate using the Artistry Labs Retexturizing System on the same day especially if you experience burning, stinging, or redness: which are signs of over exfoliation.
